I understand that Rescue Angels, Inc. pulled the above dog from the listed Shelter in my absence and I take full responsibility for the dog from the date it leaves the Shelter's location. I am responsible for it's wellbeing, actions and placement into an adoptive home and relieve Rescue Angels, Inc. from any further responsibility as of the date listed above. As of the mentioned date, all legal responsibility and liability associated with the dog will lie solely on the Rescue listed above and not with Rescue Angels, Inc.
