SURRENDER AGREEMENT
We always stress that giving up your dog should never be an option, but we will always be there for our rescues and want them back in any case that they should no longer be able to live with you. In that event, please fill out the Surrender Agreement (only for Rescue Angels adoptees at this time due to space) and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
